Post by: Alex on December 05, 2019, 02:08:26 AM Well written Indy and a good read, although as the main character isn't really someone I know about so I did wonder a bit about why I should be interested in him (I know there is a musical about him and I remember hearing something about a duel but that's about the extent)? Anyone more familiar with US history though (or if I was to read the entire novel) wouldn't have that issue and I think will find it enjoyable.

I think my all-time favorite part of your books was when the Persian emperor introduced the Roman envoy to his.....pet. (Gotta read to find out what the pet is!) But Caligula getting his ass kicked was good too. :drink:
