Title: Parasite (2019) Post by: Olivia Bauer on December 05, 2019, 02:34:32 PM A pretty fantastic South Korean film by renowned director Bong Joon-ho. Despite being a foreign movie it's in several US theaters.
It's kinda hard to pin down exactly what this movie is since it often feels like it's switching genres. The film is about this poor family that have a run in with a much richer family. Wanting a better home to live in they all conspire to get the help fired so THEY could take their place. The tone is inconsistent but I think that's what makes it pretty brilliant.
