Quote Court documents stating Blayre A. Ward, 24, of Dubuque, bit off another man's nose during the disturbance late Saturday night. Police say Ward and John Turner, age 20 of Dubuque, were asked to leave Noonan's Tap late Saturday night. Traffic camera footage shows Ward, Turner, and Austin Plumley, 21, of Guttenberg, Iowa, in an argument. Scott Plumley was taken to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City for specialized surgery to reconstruct his nose. Yeah my hometown. Proud of it.
