Apparently it had a theatrical run in the US in 1967 and was distributed by UA (United Artists). It first aired on TV (NBC) in 1972. MST3K made fun of it in the 90s. I've seen all of those, plus "Creature from the Haunted Sea," " Voyage to the Prehistoric Planet," and "Atom Age Vampire" on their own. Have never seen "Billy the Kid Versus Dracula."
