Claws- I think you would enjoy PATHS OF GLORY. It's early Kubrick. And devastating. A fantastic film. http://youtu.be/0gyyGHHXfck (http://youtu.be/0gyyGHHXfck) Title: Re: 20 Most Popular 5 Stars Rated Movies From The 1950s Post by: Trevor on April 07, 2021, 06:04:32 AM 18 for me.
I read somewhere that Paths of Glory is still banned in France. Title: Re: 20 Most Popular 5 Stars Rated Movies From The 1950s Post by: RCMerchant on April 07, 2021, 06:57:05 AM 18 for me. I read somewhere that Paths of Glory is still banned in France. Only until 1975. Any film beyond child porn or snuff films should never be banned-that's evil. Freedom of expression is not a " God given right". It's just something that people are going to do-and will be debated- but to ban things does not help. You can't erase history and pretend it didn't happen because it doesn't fit your sensibility. It's still there. This "ban" s**t should not extend into art.
