I am trying to remember the title of this movie about a gang who terrorizes a neighbourhood, things I remember is that, there is a scene where a man (teenager?) is attacked and left crippled and then he goes on a revenge spree with his sister or maybe girlfriend using, between other things, a modified van. There was another shocking scene where one of the gang members would kill an old woman using a weapon that I remember resembling a morning star type mace. Does anybody know what movie could this be?
