Title: Master Blaster
Post by: Will on April 19, 2001, 03:25:00 PM
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the film Master Blaster (I'm not sure if it was one word or two)? My whole family's been looking for it for years. It's the best b-movie we've ever seen, and we've seen a lot. It was superb. It had a vietnam vet, a gay serial killer, bad puns, even a cash-in with a popular craze at the time (paintball). It might have had a different title in the US, it was a US movie but sometimes they change it for the UK release. Anyone know anything about it? I'd be grateful for any info at all, cos I can't remember anything useful for finding it, like the director or who released it. If you ever see it anywhere you have to watch it, Ed Wood couldn't have done better.

Masterblaster was made in 1986, Directed by Glenn R.Wilder it starred Jeff Moldovan as a Nam vet who has to take part in a mock killing tournament, but the participants are really getting killed.

You'd might want to check out www.blackstar.co.uk, their usually quite good at tracking down deleted movies.

OOOOOHHHH, THAT Master Blaster. I was thinking of Blaster Master, that incredibly hard game for NES. It had some cool graphics, but I could never get past Level 3...
