Title: Cyber Tracker
Post by: Hamburger Pimp on January 27, 2003, 12:41:18 PM
Just purchased "Cyber Tracker" on DVD for 5 bucks.  Its a Don "the Dragon" Wilson "action" flim, which he also co-produced.  I think it was worth the money, for the multiple exploding cars in the first 1/2 hour, the exploding firetruck, the stock footage of the cyborg waking up (used at least 3 times), and the guy-on-fire sequence. (then again, the booze may have helped)  Anybody else seen this quality film?

There was a thread of conversation about Don "The Dragon" Wilson movies a few weeks back. "Soft spot for Don "The Dragon" " (http://www.badmovies.org/bbs/read.php?f=2&i=30968&t=30968)

From there I posted links to Nathan's good review of "Cyber Tracker" at Cold Fusion Video as well as my own commentary on the movie in an earlier post.

The things that still stick in my mind most is a) watching people fight with indestrictible androids who can't aim for minutes on end gets pretty boring b) people who write sci-fi martal-arts killer android movies should not even try to put romantic interludes in because they can't seem to write that stuff well.

Other than that, a decently entertaining way to spend a few hours if you have low standards and like that kinda stuff (which...um..I do :)

Take care,
Jay

A FEW hours? I thought it was only like 90 minutes.

Plus popping popcorn..rubbing your eyes in disbelief when it's done...
