i think Saddam comes close. and maybe Tony Blair, he seems to have lost his mind a bit over the years, i think his days of being the spineless puppet are near an end. He has the power, the money and the weapons to pull the hand out of his ass, buy a secret hide out, an army of loyal henchmen and start making demands. Vince McMahon has potential too. He's a little too kegged up to achieve much else though. Ever noticed that he comes to the ring with a drunken strut these days rather than the powerfull strut we're used to? anyone think of anyone else?
