Title: Andromeda Strain (1971) Post by: Scott on September 23, 2003, 12:29:17 PM ANDROMEDA STRAIN (1971) - This is an excellent film. I can't believe that I have never seen it till now. I thought it was going to be a slow much talked about film, but the film had style. Unique film techniques and atmosphere. The ending is kinda dull, but the movie has something special that will be memorable.

I'm actually surprised that this one hasn't been remade. I mean, if a lame Planet of the Apes and scene-by-scene version of Psycho can be done, why not this one?? And I've read enough Michael Crichton books to know.
