Title: Name this movie Post by: AndyC on July 25, 2004, 06:28:18 PM While driving past some big power lines today, I was hit by a vague recollection of a TV-movie from the early 80s. I don't remember much, except that a bunch of people get together to stop a company from putting power lines through their community. I don't recall it being particularly good, but I simply must know the title, who was in it, and a few of the details, for the sake of curiosity.

Title: Re: Name this movie Post by: AndyC on July 27, 2004, 07:44:18 AM Nope, this was early 80s, and had a bunch of your typical noble movie farmers and small-town folk. I'm almost certain it was made for TV, and it didn't star anybody famous that I can remember. I do remember a protest rally, with the song 'For What It's Worth' (everybody look what's going down), and possibly a plan to disassemble some of the towers at night. Sound familiar to anybody?
