Title: Re: Where's the DVD Post by: LH-C on April 28, 2005, 11:20:53 AM Kelli Maroney (now known as Zoe Kelli Simon; Simon is her married name) said that the director of Night Of The Comet was very interested on getting it on DVD, but when he went digging for info on who currently owned it, no one seemed to know. Wouldn't one of the producers (such as Wayne Crawford) know? It seems weird that no one would know who owned the damned movie.

Don't hold me to it, but I believe that Vestron held the rights to the film. If that was the case, then the rights would have reverted to Artisan in the 90s which would have gone to Lion's Gate now. I might have been mistaken. Here's a site about Mary Woronov's filmography that lists it as being released by (CBS/FOX). So....I'm not quite sure at this point who owns the rights.
