Title: Vasectomy: A Delicate Matter (1986)
Post by: Alan Smithee on May 05, 2005, 12:23:47 AM
Many years ago I was up late one nite skimming through the cable channels and came across this little masterpiece.

WHAT DA f**k WERE THEY THINKING?

Of all the things to make a feature length Hollywood movie about, but VASECTOMY?!

Why , god, why?

Well at the least, it certainly is a very delicate manner!

Do you have any other comments or opinions or information about this 'little masterpiece'?

It was going to be longer, but they cut out parts of it.

Okay, I want to know the plot of this movie. I know my own true life story on this subject.  Incise, snip-tie, snip-tie, stitch, ice bag, walk very gingerly for several days. Doesn't sound very interesting.....unless.....something goes horribly wrong!

Maybe someone would be interested in making a film about adult circumcision. I'm well versed on that one too (OUCH!!!!). They could call it Circumcision: A Really Delicate Matter.

Whoa, you actually had this surgery? How old are you? How can you stand having your private parts operated on like that??? Ugggggh.

Man, I could never do this to myself. Messing with the family jewels is OFF LIMITS.

The movie, if can remember it, (as if I really want to) had something to do about a b***hy wife who wanted her husband to get "fixed". He doesn't want to have the surgery. Lots of stupid sight gags and puns. And in the end, he finally caves in to the pressure.

It's like the producers of this movie had an agenda. A pretty suspicious agenda at that.

You can find more info on this work of art over at www.imdb.com.
