 Okay, my brother really wants to see this movie, but he has no idea what it's called. He saw it in a store a very long time ago, and read the back of it, but didn't actually buy or ever see it. He remembers that the description on the back said it was about a girl who gets pregnant, and then aborts the baby and flushes it down the toilet. It meets up with some radioactive stuff in the sewers, mutates into a monster, and goes on a killing rampage. What made my brother so interested, though, was that on the front of the box it said: "Based on a true story."

I believe the movie your bro seeks is called Sewer Baby, though it's more commonly called by it's alternate title (which was used for the DVD release) of The Suckling.

Never got a chance to see it myself, but I bought a copy for a bad movie viewing friend of mine when he and his wife had their first kid.

The Suckling.  You just won't believe what happens when the monster baby finally finds its mother.  I had to rewind that four or five times before I could fully process it.
