FANTASY ISLAND (2019)

I was all ready to hate this, but it's surprisingly not bad (by modern horror-ish standards)

Fantasy Island (1977)
Return to Fantasy Island (1978)

The pilot films for the original series. Perhaps a bit campy in places, but also not truly bad.

ISLAND OF DEATH (1976)
Greek movie banned in many countries!  Couple vacationing on island of Mykonos play sexual games with the populace and then brutally murder them.  Very unpleasant, with lovely moments of bestiality, rape, urophilia and more touched upon.

And
WHO CAN KILL A CHILD? (1976) aka ISLAND OF THE DAMNED
Very good horror film involving a vacationing couple on a Spanish island, that slowly realize the children there are evil and plan on eradicating all the adults.
