What "erotic thriller" was this...

Okay, I saw this movie several years back, I didn't catch all of it, so my memory is a little hazy on parts, but I just hate having a movie in my mind without knowing the title...

Anyway, this was a film that was on late night on Cinemax years back. I tell ya, on a sidenote, I envy the youth of today, back in MY day, when you wanted porn, you'd have to settle for staying up late at night to catch the booby flicks on Cinemax, which sometimes weren't worth staying up for. Now any kid with a computer and internet can just type in a few words and boom! everything they need. Kids are spoiled today, I tell ya!

Anyway, back to the movie... here's what I remember, a guy gets lost (or his car breaks down or something) and he meets a bum who (and I'm sure this is intentional) bares a resemblance to Jesus Christ (long hair, beard, mustache, etc). Bum gets the guy into an exotic strip club. Guy comes back the next night with a bottle of tequilla for the bum and they go into the club again. The guy (who's married, btw) meets one of the strippers and they go back to her place for some fun.

This girl is into auto-erotic asphixiation, which means she likes being strangled while they have sex. At first the guy's reluctant, but then really gets into it. Later, guy heads home where he and his wife share a less than joyful dinner. He suddenly gets randy thinking about the strip act he saw earlier and tries to make love to her on the table. She breaks the mood by b***hing at him for getting stains on her tablecloth (or something.)

He goes back to the strippers house the next day to find the police are there and the girl's been strangled to death. He takes off running through the back alleys with a heavyset cop in pursuit. Now, here's where my memory gets foggy, the cop is chasing after this guy and he trips over something who's sitting in the alleyway, a man who "accidently" sticks his leg out as the cop runs by. Turns out to be the bum from earlier. Cop gets p**sed and handcuffs the bum to a nearby pipe. Now, don't know how, but the cop also grabs the main character (I guess for some reason he stopped running after the cop tripped or something) and throws him into the squad car.

Cop gets on the radio, but the stress of everything is too much (remember he's rather overweight) and he has a convinent heart attack. Guy is shocked, but frees the bum from the handcuffs. Bum tells the guy to leave, which he does. Next shot we see is the bum walking away from the cop car with the cop's shotgun, and the car explodes in the background.

Anyway, long story short, main guys eventually gets captured by a masked figure. He wakes up at the stripclub tied him to a chair. Stripper performs a dance, then pulls off HER mask, to reveal (gasp!) it's his wife! She basically says, "This is what you wanted, right? This sick, perverted fantasy?"

She then ties a rope around his neck, and then pulls it through the back of the chair. She proceeds to go down on him while pulling the rope tighter and tighter, strangling and oral pleasing him at the same time. Guy passes out and has a vision, he's heading towards a bright light, then he comes to an office. The bum is sitting at the desk, cleaned up and wearing a suit. The bum looks at a piece of paper and says, "Nope, you're early...."

BOOM!

We hear a shotgun blast, and insanse wife falls down. Bum steps out and unties guy. Guy decides he's going to say, "Screw it" and just get a whole new life (or some such.)

Anyway, that's what I remember, sordid, I know, but still.. any ideas?
