She was definitely not rich so she doesn't count.

My picks off the top of my head would be Louise Fletcher in Flowers in the Attic.  How more cruel can you get to starve, hide and slowly kill your own grandchildren just because you didn't like who your daughter married?  And on top of that use money and inheritence to get your daughter to agree to such cruelty?

Another more fun B*tches is Meryl Streep and Goldie Hawn in Death Becomes Her.  Poor Bruce Willis having to constantly fix their dead rotten bodies to look beautiful.

Well...it wasn't just a dislike of her daughter's choice.  The daughter married her brother.  Not saying she should have done what she did, but ewww.
