Dead 4: Dead Reckoning

Both have announced that The King Of All Zombies George A Romero is finished with his script of his fourth instalement (no longer a triolgy) in his Dead Series. The name is Dead Reckoning and it's about the fall of the zombies and the forified cities in a devastated world. Anchor Bay Entertainment is going to produce it, but their is no word on when or if filming will start.
