Kill or Be Killed - current owner of film rights

I had an interesting email asking if I knew who currently owned the rights to "Kill or Be Killed." I only know of the film, including a section where someone uses kung fu to demolish a car, but do not know who currently has rights to the film. It was Film Ventures International, but they went out of business. Some of their films have been released by Shriek Show and also Elite.

Does anybody have a good lead on this one?
