Site Layout Upgrades

I am doing steady work on layout upgrades for the site. Moving everything to cascading style sheets (CSS), and also standardizing the design. I am doing a good bit of testing, but please let me know if you spot anything strange. When I complete a page, I also run it through the W3C HTML check and CSS check, ensuring there are no errors (when they do pop up, it is due to bad coding in the banner advertisements).
