Ogami Itto, from Lone Wolf and Cub, no question.

Pai Mei from Kill Bill managed to get poisoned, Ogami drinks poison and pretends to die to lure a foe in to kill him, just to name one example.

Lethal dangerous man any way you cut it. Plus he can push a pimped out baby cart o' death around and still be totally macho.
