I collect cds as well (seems like a trend).

Also I collect Hot Sauce.  I currently have a little over 110 different bottles, ranging from cheap to expensive.  My wife shakes her head everytime she goes to the workout room in our house, because the wall ledge keeps getting more and more full of hot sauces..

I've also got quite the Uma Thurman fetish (been that way for about 18 years now) and I own all sorts of stuff that deals with her.

Godzilla toys, although most of them are so expensive due to import costs, that I don't get to buy as many as I'd like.

Not an addiction, but . . .

When I was in junior high or middle school, I started collecting mass market paperback books.

But, when I got to high school, that wasn't enough, so I started collecting old "TV Guides," especially their annual edition which comes out in September, and tells you what the upcoming programs will be for the new television season, in addition to mass market paperback books.

But, when I got to college, that wasn't enough, so I started colllecting calendar art, in addition to mass market paperback books and old "TV Guides."

But, when I got to graduate school, that wasn't enough, so I started collecting Disneyana, anything Disney, in addition to mass market paperback books, old "TV Guides," and calendar art.

But, when i got out of school, that wasn't enough, so I started collecting Dixie paper cups, in addition to mass market paperback books, old "TV Guides," calendar art, and Disneyana.

LOL!!  Not that kind of stuff, but you know like any magazines she appears in, all of her films on DVD, all of her posters, stuff like that.

I hope you're collecting fire extinguishers and insurance policies these days.

With me it is books, mostly. I also have been known to buy the odd bayonet (real bayonets that is, 19C and pre WWII sword bayonets, not the dinky stuff they put on rifles nowadays). At one point I got interested in typography and scoured the internet for any Fraktura type and I have spent quite some time looking for the perfect serif font (now how geeky is that). Since I discovered this site, there is a small but growing pile of B-movie DVDs.

I used to collect action figures, movie maniacs in particular (I wasnt aware until just now that they had actually stopped making movie figures) and any book or piece of literature relating to witchcraft and the occult, just because that's always been a weird obcession of mine. The books have stopped, and I thought the figures had stopped, however I found out about a toy store right near me that sells nothing but rare, collectible merchandise, and that has started to feed my addiction.
