I finally got around to watching Barry Lyndon this past weekend.  It was pretty good and it definitely sticks with you for awhile (I'm still reviewing scenes in my head as I do daily chores, for example).  I knew I was in for a long movie but as I watched it, I didn't seem to notice the time going by, which is a good sign.  I love the opening especially.

Next I will have to watch The Killing, one of Stanley's older flicks.  I Hope it is as good.

Has to be 2001 followed by Dr. Strangelove , Spartacus, and Full Metal Jacket.

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

That's a tough question for me... I like all of the films I've seen- which is everything but Eyes Wide Shut- and they all seem very good. I'd have to go with Clockwork Orange simply for how amazed I was after seeing it... I've never seen a film like it- before or since.
