I've only truly busted out one proper MST3kism.  It was during a theatrical showing of First Knight, of all things...I don't remember the exact circumstances all that well, but in the film Lancelot was trying to show off or something for Guinevere...

Me (doing a passable announcer voice): "...and Lancelot goes for the gooooaallllll....oooh, re-JECTED!"

To my credit, at least half a dozen people around me cracked up when I said that.

whenever I'm subjecting someone to The Being, the part where someone throws a greased cat in the Mortimer's passenger door after he opens it, I always have to shout "SHOTGUN!"

I didn't do this in theaters, just while watching with a friend  (there is no good movies to watch, or even "B" movies to watch now a days in theaters, it so pathetic! but i know one old theater that still plays old movies mondays, by request!! score!)

During Children Of The Corn:

(I forget who) Guy suddenly gets up from his chair in the diner for no reason, and sprints out the door to a house (or somewhere) where another character is in trouble.

Me: Uh oh, my spidey senses are tingling

When either Malchai or the head kid that wears black thats short, walks up to the corn field and it magically splits and a path opens for him

Me: It's moses of the corn!!

(sorry, i  havent seen it in a while, i forget whos who and stuff)

Yesterday, watching "Black Book" with some friends.

(On the screen, a group of nazis sing songs for five minutes straight)

Me: I'll give Paul Verhoeven this, nazis never looked so fearsome to me before.

Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.
