There are quite a few films that I would put in this catagory. I'm pretty sure Irreversible would be at the top of my list. I didn't get any comfort from viewing that film. It was quite disturbing in fact! Tokyo Fist & Flight 93 are two more I do not plan on ever seeing again.

Killer Condom and Killer Tongue come to mind. They were fun films and not unwatchable but I'm not going to see them again.

I have yet to see those films Zardoz, Killer Codom & Tongue but I wil make a note to avoid them. Ok, well maybe I'll see them once.

Keeping with the theme of Bad Movies maybe on the lighter side I would not see Ghost Dad nor Howard the Duck again either!

I have never seen Irreversible, and I never will.  A few seconds of the fire extinguisher scene made up my mind right there and then.

I thought that The Butterfly Effect (Ashton Kutcher) might have been a good movie, and I actually bought it unseen on DVD.  Awful and depressing movie.  Never again.

Most of the other non-comfort movies were such non-events that I've forgotten them anyway.  Although I do remember a really bad movie called 'Hellfire', a scifi techno thriller about some kind of biological warfare compound or something.  Ah, it's this one:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0165433/

Watched it once, and I will never see it again.  Very disjointed and poorly produced.

A Crack in the Floor
Dark Side of the Moon (not to be confused with the PF album)
The Haunting (1999, or 2000, or whenever it was made...)
Super Beast- And let me tell you, it was incredibly hard for just that one sitting.
Killing Birds- If not just to see how not to make a completely effective horror film...
Backwoods- This one was also hard to sit through only once.
Open Water- Great movie, but once you know what happens the rest of the film is ruined.
Matrix Reloaded- I tried to sit through it a second time.  It hurt.  Bad.
Little Miss Sunshine- I know a lot of people like this film, but I couldn't find enough that I personally liked to warrant another watch on my behalf.  I guess it's just me...

Hard Candy - not that it was bad, but I just don't see myself ever watching it again.

I'm trying to think of movies that genuinely disturb me or put me in a nasty mood.

Legend of the Overfiend
Corky
The Omen
Howard the Duck
A Clockwork Orange
too bad I bought a copy, great movie, but not something I want to watch often. But I love the book and would consider rereading it.
The remake of Children of the Damned - just annoys the p**s out of me.
The Boondock Saints
Whale Rider - Again great movie, but the scene when the girl is at her class recital and she's making her speech, and she gets choked up when she realizes her stubborn grandfather isn't coming chokes me up just to think about. Shut up! I can watch Old Yeller or Brian's Song a million times and not bat an eye.

I should try to watch They Might be Giants again, I haven't run across it in years. I liked it when I finally saw it and it was one of my father's favorite movies. When I got older, and went through some rough patches myself, I kind of figured out why.
