Tiki Coctails

Well not only do I like bad movies, but I also enjoy Tiki stuff and low brow art.  And to go along with Tiki stuff and the delightful little tiki mugs, is of course, the tiki coctails that you put in them.

I was playing around last night.. hehe .. it was wednesday humpday is good enough for me.. 
Anyways, I wanted to make something that kinda fit in with bad movies as well..

So my drink that i finally came up with is called

Kong's Revenge

2 oz Creme de Banana
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz dark rum
1 oz lemon juice
splash of grand marnier (or any other orange flavoured liquor)
(optional) club soda
 
In a shaker mix the rums and the creme de banana and the lemon juice and the Grand marnier.  Shake with ice and pour in your glass over crushed ice.  If desired add some club soda to dilute a bit.

Anyone else have a little coctail recipe that they really enjoy?

If I'm watching a few zombie films, then I normally will make up a batch of Zombies.  My wife hates them, but I find them to be quite delicious.  Not so much the next day....

1/2 oz 151 rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 tsp sugar
2 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
1 oz lime juice

*Note* - I usually make mine without the Brandy.
