I was going to put these up for sale on eBay later tonight but first I thought I'd see if any of you might be interested in purchasing either of them instead.

First is a cool Sony multimedia surround sound system for your home computer. (model SRS-D5100)

Here's the official description:
"Take your gaming, PC audio, and music listening to the next level with Sony's powerful, attractive SRS-D5100 5.1-channel (6-speaker) listening system. The SRS-D5100 consists of five satellites speakers (front and rear left/right speakers and a dedicated center speaker), a powered, bass-reflex subwoofer, a wired remote control module for easy listening adjustments, and everything you need to hook it all up.
Pumping a total of 140 watts (12 watts per channel for the satellites and a hefty 80 watts for the subwoofer) and offering a choice of processed 5.1-channel or direct stereo sound from its stereo minijack (.125-inch) inputs, the system will render games or music in rich, detailed, hard-hitting sound.

Each of the satellites features a single 2.2-inch driver, and their wall-mountable design lets you place them on ceilings or walls, depending on your listening space, and of course you can set them on a desk or shelf using their detachable rotating bases. The sub uses a potent 6.3-inch cone woofer.

Dual inputs let you hook up your PC and one other audio source, whether an MP3 player, minidisc player/recorder, CD player, voice recorder, or other device."

What's in the Box
Five satellite speakers with detachable rotating bases, a subwoofer, a wired remote control module, all requisite cabling, a user's manual, an AC power cord, and warranty information.

Product Description
"Surround yourself with some serious game sound. The SRS-D5100 Gaming Speaker System delivers high quality audio with an 80 watt sub-woofer and 12 watt satellite speakers. Play games in stereo or 5.1 surround sound. The system's magnetically shielded speakers won't affect picture quality, and the 2-line input makes it convenient for use with PC and portable audio sources. The system comes with a wired remote that can adjust power, volume, and bass, and includes a headphone jack. Plus, it's wall mountable, and features a stylish design that works well at home or the office."

The next item is a Sony 400 disc CD changer (model CDP-CX455)

(click on the pics for larger image)

Here's the official description:
"The CDPCX455 400-disc CD changer puts hours upon hours of music at your fingertips with features like cross-fade sound, text display, and an organization feature that makes it easy to find your favorite songs and albums. Because the CDPCX455 plays MP3s as well as CDs, you can expand the already-massive capacity of the player, and literally play the CDPCX455 for days on end.
The CDPCX455 can play audio CDs, CD-Rs, and CD-RWs, as well as CDs with MP3 files. You can program the CDPCX455 to play CDs or tracks one by one, in random order, or in your own customized order. A history search allows you to return to CDs that you have recently played, and you can browse through all of your CDs by name, so you'll never lose track of what CDs are in the player or what order they are in. You can also custom-label CDs stored in the CDPCX455 for quicker retrieval. The CDPCX455 includes a jog dial control that gives you quick access to individual CDs or tracks. With the jog dial, you can listen to snippets of music or skip tracks you don't like quickly.

For power users or music lovers with a deep library of CDs, the CDPCX455 can synch up with another CD changer. You'll never have to wait for a disc to change to keep the music playing, thanks to a cross-fade feature that brings the audio of one CD down at the same time that a new disc starts to play. By adding a second changer, you can expand your access up to 800 CDs total, and both changers can be controlled by a single remote.

The hybrid pulse digital-to-audio converter reproduces a warm, natural sound from your CDs, making you feel like you were there when the music was recorded. You can easily connect the CDPCX455 to an audio receiver with analog RCA-type and digital optical outputs. An analog connection instantly synchs the CDPCX455 to another changer, and a Control A-1II cord links the CDPCX455 to any other Sony components in your audio system or home theater. A headphone jack is also featured."

What's in the Box
CD changer unit, RCA audio cord, ControlA-1II cord, remote control, two AA batteries, owner's manual.

Product Description
"The Sony CDP-CX455 Megastorage CD Player is for an an avid CD collector. Take your favorite CDs off the shelf and place up to 400 of them into this changer mechanism. Search discs alphabetically Artist name search Multifunction fluorescent display with dot matrix 13 character alphanumeric readout Easy Play and Easy Eject simplify handling of 400 CDs Can also play CDR and CDRW discs Can play CDs that have been prerecorded with MP3 files Twin Jog Dials for disc and track selection Timer switch Optical Digital output Sony Remote Control."

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Both items are brand new in the box and have never been opened.

I'm asking $100 for the game speaker system and $125 for the 400 disc CD changer.
That's a pretty good deal considering the CD changer sells for over $150 used on Amazon and eBay.
If you're interested, send me a PM and we can discuss specifics and shipping etc...

What do you think?
Interested?
