Old Kunfu movie

This is a asian film i saw int the 80s about a guy who like goffying around and like a girl.
And one day found a scroll that taught a secret martial arts called the five fist. And these five (or four can't remember) girls spirits with white skin and bright orangy red short hair appear. There like the guardians or something taught this guy this secret martial art. And there also another guy in the film who attack a dojo or something to get another secert scoll that taught the seven fist or something. Which was the most powerful martial art techniques from all other scrolls. but only the five fist was the only one that can stop it but nobody knew where that scroll was.

Ok i jumping around the movie so the description is horrible and out of order.

My brother told me its called The Five Fist (i think) and i can't find it.So its probably the wrong name.
Anybody got a clue
