Not a Time Lord!

Just when I thought I'd seen it all Twisted Justice, a low budget Demolition Man sans explosions, jumped out of a bargain bin into my hands.  This dystopian dark future anomaly is pretty bad, perhaps not as bad as Steel Frontier, though it's a close call.

What makes this noteworthy is that Erik Estrada, Karen Black, and Shannon Tweed are in it.  Ayup it's that kind of B-movie.

Once more that's Twisted Justice.  A movie so bad IMDB doesn't even have any links to reviews for it.  Guess that means mine will be the first.  Buggedout
