Still missing are the blood sacrifices (Celina, robot, Etc....), Odinn7, circus squirrels, goatee'd trooper, clockworkcanary, Master Hand Manos, and table killers (Scaramanga, Dale, Leon, Etc...). Also, Big Boss should be changed to Donald Prime and Evil Table to Original Evil Table.

Ok...
I've never read any of the story but saw myself in the list so I voted for myself.   Smile

I'm gonna have to read the entire story.

Thanks for the updates, but the other sacrifices were a decapodian and a beast and the other killers were Dosu, Wikipe-Tan, Jackal, and Bunji.

Oh, BTW, I haven't said it before but I voted for Master Baytes because he's like Brando (group elder, wise and powerful), but not as official-like. Besides, the thought of Ben Stein as a body-hopping, double-entendre-named, kung-fu sensei cracks me up!

Since David Carradine was already playing someone else.... TeddyR

Yep, I'll have to hand it to Master Baytes. He's doing a fine job.

The real Clockworkcanary made a good one with Odinn7 and his nutcracker are going to be big. It fits in perfect with the squirrel circus. To bad the real Odinn7 isn't around anymore to read about it. Dean made a nice follow up to that one.

Lord Brando seems to be in quite a pickle at the hands of Clockworkcanary. Not quite sure how our hero's will escape from Menard and Ashthecat. If I'm not mistaken Lord Brando holds a "key" that was given to him by Odinn7 just before they went below the sea.

Dean made a nice entry and I see Poogie and Ulthar are in the mix.

Karma for the kudos Scott, and thanks for the response!  It was a small writing role, but I hope to be more up-to speed soon...

I really have to mention though that whoever said that whenever Brando and Volga 'make love' that they dissappear is just genius.  Had me chuckling for a little while after.  I'd want to repress that image out of my visual cortex too if I saw that...

ANd yea, I see some real potential to the Nutcracker...  A mighty weapon of that sort in the right hands can be used to great effect!

MEANWHILE BACK IN CALIFORNIA

Poogie: It all started when I went to the swap meet and found this old script that looked really interesting, so, I bought it. I took it home and started reading it and PUFF, I was in another world of some kind. Strange things started happening and the strangest was that I was wearing a red blanket and carrying a fly swatter thingy. There were 2 people there who said I was carrying a spatula, I don't even cook.

Psychiatrist: How does this make you feel?

Poogie: I'm shocked, these people put me in a straight jacket and dragged me off to another place, I think it was some kind of boat house. There was somebody there called Celest and I could speak it's language.

Psychiatrist:How many languages do you speak?

Poogie: I only speak English and sometimes that gives me....Anyway they told me I had to delete a post of some kind...that they had to find someone named Brando to help me. All of the sudden it's like I'm in the Wizard of Oz and clicking my red ruby slippers.

Psychiatrist: Brando....Marlon Brando? Oh,......You're going to need many sessions of therapy my dear.....Continue.

Poogie: Next thing I know I no longer have my spatula and I'm standing in my kitchen starring at another Poogie....Isn't one enough? Of course my hubby is very happy. How do I get this other Poogie to get out of my....

Psychiatrist: Time is almost up, make it fast.

Poogie: How can I get rid of the other Poogie, she's driving me nuts, she's cooking everything in the house and using my bug killer weapon to do it. I'm finding bug parts in all my food and to top it off my hubby loves it. Although I do have a craving for pancakes. Oh, and another thing I can remember, it's something about Moose reproduction....it was out of control...there were thousands of them taking over the world and......

Psychiatrist: I'm sorry Poogie, your time is up, you'll have to come back to continue. As I said before, this is going to take a long time....You're just not right.

Don't get me wrong Poogie and Ulthar. Poogies therapy session was a real treat for me and we'll have to see who can build upon the childhood of Jin that Ulthar gave us. Sorry if I was pre-occupied with the "nutcracker".  Smile

I actually got a big kick out of Poogies last post.

You'll notice I didn't have a lot of time to comment yesterday and made some quick remarks. No offense intended. Both your writings were better than what I have put up.

Come on, the recap could be SOOOOOO much better...

I mean, there's no pictures, no diagrams of the layouts of any of the buildings, no fan art of the Doomtroopers...

Mr Briggs, you are slipping!  BounceGiggle

Oh and yeah, I'm all caught up now: the recap helped me realise what's going on, but I like the little details in the story so I needed to read the whole thing properly.
