Although I've loved almost every episode, theres certain moments for me that stick out to me, some examples;

1.) Stewie killing off Mr. Rogers in his dream.
2.) Quagmire collapsing outside when he hears Lois yell from the Griffin's bedroom "Eat The Red Carpet" (after Peter rolls out the red carpet for an award show).
3.) The fight between everyone in the family when Lois becomes a black belt.
4.) The puking challenge in which everyone ends up puking all over each other.
5.) Stewie and the "novel" speech to Brian.

There so much more but I'll leave it at that.

My favorite moment is when Peter and gang are shooting each other in the house and they re-enact the scene in RoboCop when Peter Weller get shot a dozen times.

When they are in the Clam and Joe's crying his eyes out, Cleveland exits of the side of the screen, Peter climbs out of the window and very slowly Quagmire slides under the table and rolls out of view, that always cracks me up.  Also the bit where Peter wins the golden ticket for a trip to the brewery and he's running home but falls over and for a good minute or so he's clutching his leg in agony, that really makes me laugh.

The entire anthology in which they family all gets super powers from toxic waste, Peter finds a genie in a bottle/wishes and they are all done as Little Rascal kid versions of the regular characters.

Classic!

Again, I'm not the biggest Family Guy fan, but you can't deny that it has some great moments...

The live action shot of Stewie as King Friday from Mr. Rogers.

"What kind of king has his castle next to the train tracks?!  What is this Mexico!?"

And the entire episode "To Live and Die in Dixie".   BounceGiggle BounceGiggle

I like the one where Meg is trying to date the Neighbor Kid. They are at a soccer game and she's been trying to get his attention. So Meg decides to use a pick up line.

"I can't taste salt."

I never laughed so hard.

One of my favorite's is when Peter goes to Meg's high school undercover, gets put in detention, walks in and goes, "Oh my god, it's the Breakfast Club."  Then the music from the movie hits, but instead of the Brat Pack it's Tony the Tiger, Toucan Sam, etc, as the students.

Then Tony the Tiger's like, "You know what I got for Christmas? It was a banner freaking year in the Tiger household.  I got a pack of smokes, and my dad said, 'Smoke up Tony, they're GRRRRREAT!"

One of my favorites is when they look back at when Peter and Lois used to be folk singers...they try to be sensitive to the plight of the native American, and end up using unrealistic viewpoints of them, as well as every offensive stereotype in the book.   TeddyR

It just cracks me up, because I come from such a "liberal" town, where the older people act a lot like this.

When Lois becomes mayor, she promises to clean up the lake.  She does, and the news reporter is at the lake talking to residents of Quahog, and Jason (of Friday the 13th) is standing there, machete in hand.  He's like, "Oh yeah, as a resident, I am proud of the mayor.  I feel she's doing a fine job."  Then he hacks two chicks to death.

Later in that episode, Lois goes to a women's clothing store, and tries to get the girl to give a discount.  She's like, "I can't, my boss would have my head."  Jason comes over and is like, "What's going on?" The girl's like, "Nothing Mr. Voorhees."  He's like, "Okay, but if not, I'd kill you."
