Anyone who has bought a budget priced DVD has learned the hard way that not all DVDs contain 'DVD quality' video.  In fact just about every "PD" title on DVD today is sourced from tape, usually of VHS quality.  But, because these are budget priced, no one seems to mind.

But when does a PD company go too far?

In the review posted to my blog, (Anatomy of a bad DVD) Virgin Terror, I may have found just such a DVD.

I've also included animated GIFs to illustrate just how bad this really is.
