In terms of being a wrestling performer, this guy just might have been well...perfect.

This guy was perhaps the greatest heel of all-time and just as naturally then became one of the most popular grapplers in history...

This entry was essentially my favourite wrestler of the 1980s-early 90s...

The next entry became my favourite wrestler after Macho Man went to WCW and I couldn't see him in action as often from then on...Canada's own..."the best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be"....

Finally my current favourite for close to the last decade. Honestly haven't had a long-term favourite like this since Bret even though I did cheer for the Rock, Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle in between...

# 1) CM Punk

So many great wrestlers didn't make the list but this was based entirely on personal preference, if it had been about the greatest wrestlers ever, names like Lou Thesz, Harley Race, Jack Brisco, Dory Funk Jr., Verne Gagne would have been in the mix even though most of those guys were before my time. Some more recent greats I considered but ultimately left off the list included Daniel Bryan, Kurt Angle, Rob Van Dam, Booker T, Big Van Vader, Terry Funk, Jerry Lawler, The Magnificent Muraco, Superstar Billy Graham, Wahoo McDaniel, Andre the Giant , Triple H and actually there's even more I could go on and on.

I was gonna throw Punk on my list as well.

Should've.

8.) The Headbangers.  They weren't great.  But I enjoyed the hell out of them.

You should do one.  Kinda interested in who you'd pick.

Some interesting and different tag team picks Happy. Always felt the Headbangers were underrated and the Briscoe Brothers are perhaps the best actual long-term tag team of the last decade...

The APA should be three.

Also realized I've left off The Hart Foundation. Hmm.

Two spots left and a bunch of teams I wanna throw on them.
