Back when wrestlers usually weren't too pretty...but yeah, memorably kicked butt in the ring.

Was surprised at how wrestling heavy a show this was. It was nice to see Ziggler and Alberto Del Rio actually get some in-ring work for a change even if they were used just to put over other talent. I was kind of shocked that they didn't have a top guy come in the ring towards the end and make some type of gesture tribute to Warrior but instead, they kind of got the tribute out of the way early on and focused on the show building to the next PPV. Evolution comes back to obviously set up Evolution vs. Shield at Extreme Rules. Like the #1 contenders Intercontinental tournament concept, that's a great way to actually give some talent a chance to shine, build a top contender, and make said title seem really important. Of course, they also need to make Dean Ambrose actually defend the U.S. title as well. I think that title needs to come off of him at this point. Wouldn't be surprised to see Orton or Batista perhaps take it away from him. Still no sign of Sting as of yet...or Punk without whom truthfully WWE hasn't been near as much fun as with him. Triple H still looks completely constipated as do Batista and Orton with their dead, dread seriousness it's no wonder fans call Orton Boreton and Batista Bootista.

I'm getting a Warrior tattoo on my arm - probably around August.

The speech Warrior gave in his last WWE appearance was inspiring...

Actually I bet next week that those 11 wrestlers who helped give Evolution that edge over the Shield get rewarded next week. Suspect RybaXel will get a tag title shot, perhaps even 3MB will get one next week with the Usos. Suspect Swagger will be rewarded a match with Cesaro at the next PPV and a bunch of those involved (Alberto Del Rio, Fandango, Titus O'Neil & Rusev) might just be given a U.S. title match with Ambrose. Would not at all be surprised to see Ambrose drop the title there perhaps to Rusev. Suspect Barrett wins the #1 contender's tournament to face Big E. I can just see Swagger and Colter costing Cesaro his match with RVD or perhaps even against Barrett.

Apparently a leaked WWE script still lists CM Punk as part of the roster citing him as injured. Numerous things keep happening to keep Punk in talk...if this whole thing turns out to be a huge work (I'm not convinced it is although part of me hopes it could be true), it'll truly be an epic one.

Wizard World in Philly has announced the following WWE superstars for appearances in June: John Cena, Batista, The Bella Twins, and Bruno Sammartino.  Also appearing is Karen Gillan, who is the star of Oculus, the WWE produced film out now.  I may go for one of the days.

Expect Doctor Who fans around Gillan who played Amy Pond on the new series. It'd be cool to see Bruno especially. Hope you have a good time if you head there.

I liked her run on Doctor Who, so I'm interested in that aspect.  If I go, it's only for one day.  I can't do the four day pass.

Other people appearing: Sean Astin, Lou Ferigno, and Jason David Frank (of Power Rangers.)

Lou Ferrigno - the Hulk himself!  Thumbup I'd totally mark out for Lou.

Former wrestler turned movie star Hard Boiled Haggerty appeared on the Incredible Hulk episode "Half Nelson".

Interesting but he left out several wrestlers including Haggerty and Mil Mascaras to name but two...
