I always felt Biker Taker was underrated.

Daniel Bryan even with his bad neck stopped a guy from stealing from his home.

So CM Punk recently said he'd "never ever ever ever" return to WWE. Can't really say I'd blame him. He's made his money and he can retire so why not?

Still a return would be a huge thing no doubt if it ever does happen. If he ever did, a return and win at the Royal Rumble seems ideal.

Guys like Baron Von Raschke, Mad Dog Vachon, Da Crusher, Terry Funk, Bruiser Brody helped make me a huge wrestling fan so did guys like Randy Savage, Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat, Greg Valentine, Magnificent Muraco and Roddy Piper. Even guys like Dusty Rhodes and Hulk Hogan helped an awful lot. I miss the larger than life wrestlers of yesteryear. I miss the real wild characters and true tough guys. I know there's still some but wrestling as sports entertainment lacks a lot of edge old school rasslin' used to have.

Punk says "never" now.  Time and finances changes people.  Not sure how much he has, but I know he wants kids.  That can be a little costly over time.  Unless he plans on flying to Japan every few months to make some easy cash there, I can see him doing a "Lesnar" schedule eventually.  Work 3-4 big matches a year in WWE.

John Cena bores me (His schtick is incredibly old by this point, hope Lesnar beats him but I don't think he will). Randy Orton bores me (I find him less interesting and entertaining than dad Cowboy Bob). Sheamus bores me (he was way more interesting as an heel). Kane is beyond boring (sad because he can be a pretty solid hand in-ring at times). Roman Reigns isn't good enough on the mic and honestly I find Seth Rollins lacking in this regard too. I think they might have made a mistake splitting the Shield too soon.

Currently I enjoy watching Dean Ambrose (perhaps the closest we're going to get in WWE to the out of control mad man), the Wyatts, Chris Jericho (always has good matches), Alberto Del Rio (very underrated, a great wrestler), Dolph Ziggler in the ring (I am bored of his gimmick), Jack Swagger (who looks a bit re-invigorated), and Cesaro (who sadly has started to lose a lot again). Really miss Bad News Barrett. Miz has actually been somewhat entertaining in his return. Hate the silly stuff with Fandango, Adam Rose (he's gotten very boring very quickly to me), and Damien Sandow.

God, how I miss the days of wild and out of control, unpredictable wrestling where you never knew what would happen. I miss the wrestling of the 1970s, 1980s, and the ECW/Attitude Era of the 90s. Guys now just do the same old thing week after week after week...

Finding myself collecting a lot of Mattel's "Elite" series of WWE figures, partially in preparation for a stop motion project I want to do soon. Hopefully the figures aren't off topic, since they ARE directly connected to WWE ... ?

Jerry "The King" Lawler, who personally I'd argue is a somewhat underrated wrestling legend best known for his work in Memphis, TN but perhaps better known as a color commentator on Raw. A lot of WWE fans don't realize just how talented a wrestling performer Lawler really was whether working as an heel or a face, Lawler knew how to work a crowd with the best of 'em.

And a nod to the great Andy Kaufman, one of Lawler's most unlikely greatest rivals, too.
