Who the hell is Kurt Vonnegut?  If he was important I think we would have heard it on the news instead of all the Anna Nicole stuff.  For that matter, who the hell was that Arthur Miller guy?  I think I caught a little blurb about him after Anna died.

He died in 2005.  I didn't realize that, actually.  I would have guessed he had died decades ago.
