Some more titles for consideration, taken from book two of the Necronomicon (not that Necronomicon, its a journal of horror and erotic cinema I got at exhumed films):

Immoral Tales (1974)
Baba Yaga (1973)
Tales from the Crypt (1972)
Vault of Horror (1973)
Erotic Rites of Frankenstien (1972)
Mudhoney (1965)
The Vampire Lovers (1970)

TALES FROM THE CRYPT is alot of fun, VAULT OF HORROR is disappointing.

Okay, I've been doing some more research on the internet, and the following is my official gotta see list.
Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975)  Wink
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly (1966)
Dawn Of The Dead (1978)  Thumbup
Shaft (1971)
The Last House On The Left (1972)

Also, I've gotten a lot of good suggestions since I first posted, so I am planning to make a second list, starting with Burgomaster's suggestions. Please keep posting ideas, not just horror but any kind of 70's exploitation.

You haven't seen THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW?  The others I copied from your list are must-see, but THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT, a very important film, is extremely offensive and a film I loathe (yet I cannot deny its enormous importance).  You should skip CANNIBAL FEROX; it's revolting and stupid.
So, you're looking for 70s schlock and SciFi?
How about FANTASTIC PLANET (1973 aka La Plančte Sauvage, French animation)?  Truly "fantastic!"
DEAD PEOPLE (1973)?  Scary!  "No one will hear you when you scream!"
LET'S SCARE JESSICA TO DEATH (1971) Weird!
GRAVE OF THE VAMPIRE (1974) stupid and fun!
COUNT YORGA, VAMPIRE (1970)?  Super duper dopey!
THE DARK (1979)?  Oo-oo those eyes!

Immoral Tales (1974)
Baba Yaga (1973)
Erotic Rites of Frankenstien (1972)
Mudhoney (1965)
Lets Scare Jessica To Death (might have seen this one, not sure)

Who hasnt seen that, no, anything I put a face next to I have seen. I just put movies I have seen down for the sake of having a complete list, the face I use shows my opinion of the film. I hope one day to see every film on the list so that one day, I can pass the list down to others so they may also have the grindhouse experience. (Of course, without an actual theatre, it wouldnt be the full experience, but...)

I see . . .
This site helped me identify two good ones for your list:

DEAD OF NIGHT aka DEATH DREAM (1974)

HOUSE OF SEVEN CORPSES (1974)

Remembered a third one: SILENT NIGHT, BLOODY NIGHT (also 1974)
