A lot of commercials have some character who sells their product. Which did you like? Feel free to list any that are missing.

My favorite commercial character isn't listed...

Bruce Campbell circa his Old Spice commercial!

Experience.

The little "Date night" guys AMC used to show before it was replaced by some big city. I doubt anyone else will pick this.

Out of the choices, I'd say the Gnome.  I've chuckled at one or two of those commercials.

The caveman is my most loathed.  Sadly, ABC is making a TV show out of the character.

Wait, Jim Belushi's getting a new show?  Smile

Mine was that dog from the Beggin' Strips commercials.  He knew that the humans would bring home food, he loved bacon, it smelled like bacon, but dogs cannot read.

I would crack up when they showed him the bag and he would scream, "I can't read!" in frustration.

"Iiiiit's BACON!"

that reminded me of the "STEVE, DON'T EAT IT!" series on 'The Sneeze'.

The Beggin' Strips actually look pretty tasty compared to some of the other 'human' food he tried.

The Geico Gekko, probably because I love the accent and can do a spot on imitation.

Yeah, he's hilarious!

Although it was probably a good idea health-wise, I'm sorry he seems to have ended the " STEVE, DON'T EAT IT!" series with those weird pickled pupae.

I like the cavemen, especially the one with the therapist, the one in the restaurant and, the first one: "So easy, a caveman can do it" and then a actual caveman walks out.

You forgot the old lady in those life alert commercials, "Help me, I've fallen and I cant get up!" Also, the frogs from the budweiser commercials. My favorite out of the list you already have would either be the gnome or the gekko (true story: The gnome actually made his first appearance in a french movie called Amiele; never seen it, but I hear its really pretentious). However, my all-time favorite commercial so far would be a sprite one, it starts out as a fake spot for a sunny-d like product, with a family praising the drink's great taste. Then a cartoon sun hops off the bottle, making some remark about vitamins and minerals, and the family starts screaming in terror and runs away.

Now, this dude is taking a brother back.  I remember those Edy's ice cream commercials.  One with the old lady picking up a car cause her Edy's rolled under it.  And, my favorite, old guy is called to dinner, he shuffles across the room, when he hears that Edy's is being served for dessert, he jumps and spins in the air, land in a split, brings himself up, then continues to shuffle to the dining room

I can never hold my laughter in when this Caveman moment happens...

"I'll have the roasted duck, with the mango salsa."
"I don't have much of an appetite thank you..." (stares at Geico guy in disgust)

God that commercial rules...also the guy in it who screams "I'm Having...Chest...Pains..."
