Hey guys, I hope you can help me.  I saw this movie only once many years ago, on the USA movie feature "Up all nite" (a haven for bad movies).  The time period seems to be late 80's, possibly very early 90's.
It featured a kid, basically your quintessential nerd, Black framed glasses.  The Boy at some point finds a lamp, complete with genie, but this one is a crappy one. Forgive me if i mess this up, but I seem to recollect the boy wishing for a Ferarri, and the genie gets him a Pinto.  The boy also at one point finds himself shrunk down, and inside the pants of his cheerleader crush.  I don't remember how the movie ended, but  If someone could at least point me in the right direction, that would be great!!!
Thanks in advance!

I may have found the film you are looking for. It's called, "Getting Lucky".

While it stars a drunk leprechaun, one of the user descriptions specifically mentions the boy getting shrunk down and put into the female lead's pants as you mentioned and it was shown on USA "Up All Night".

Since USA's "Up All Night" seems to come up a lot, Wikipedia has a list of a number of films that were shown on it.

I think Puzzled has it.  We had this one ("Getting Lucky") come up before too:

AWESOME!!! Thanks so much guys!   I have tried to explain the "Nerd in the pants" scene to several people, and I have gotten some strange looks.  I have another couple of movies, i'll post new threads.  thanks again!
