....a heady mix of ignorance and enthusiasm.

The only ones I've had a chance to see yet are 40 Yr Old Virgin, which I loved, and City of the Living Dead, which I would definitely sit through again.

I've also seen a few others, mostly kaiju, but here's what I've been watching:
Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter
Bubba Ho-Tep  (I absolutely LOVED that one!)
Casino Royale

And some others too, I just can't recall any titles right now.   Bluesad

I haven't seen JESUS CHRIST VAMPIRE HUNTER yet, but many here like it a lot.

BUBBA HO-TEP - This one is a lot of fun and a very original type film. I enjoyed it also.

CASINO ROYALE - The new Bond is the best. Hopefully Daniel Craig does many more.

I've only seen The 40 Year Old Virgin, which I thought was moderately funny, but too long; and City Of The Living Dead, which I need to watch again.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

The Proposition was very very good and for anybody who hasn't seen the Grindhouse movies yet, go now before it's out of theaters. Just saw it for the second time on Thursday.

Haven't had the chance to see my Pistol Opera DVD yet and haven't watched City of the Living Dead since I enjoyed the Hell out of it several years ago when I first got it on VHS as The Gates of Hell... the title I prefer ,since I always need to stop and differentiate between this and City of the Walking Dead, which was just plain awful and featured way too many people running around with oatmeal on their faces...

Anything watched in April's already been reviewed on our site, with the exception of Last King of Scotland, for which Forrest Whitaker definitely deserved that Oscar.

"The Proposition" in the theater and "House of Seven Corpses" and "Island of the Lost" on television. I still hope to see "Hot Fuzz," before it leaves the local theater, where it is showing.

Haven't had the chance to see my Pistol Opera DVD yet

It's a strange film. A surreal type film.
