God, I love this album.  It's been forever since I listened to it.  I think it's about time I picked it up again.

Don't!  Ever! Trust!  Don't ever trust the needle!

For reasons beyond my understanding, I've had Caught In The Middle by Dio stuck in my head for a week.  The only way to remedy that was to listen to Holy Diver.  It only made matters worse.  Now it alternates between Caught In The Middle and Don't Talk To Strangers, that album's double whammy of metal awesome.

Also, Gwar is dead, everyone.  It's all about Lordi these days.  I can't recommend this band, enough.

I like to think that I have pretty varied (and good) taste in music.  I picked up that Three Dog Night for only 6 bucks used.  It's all remastered and you forget how many great songs this band had until you get around listening to one of their hit compilations.

BTW, I'm glad that their are other people out there that appreciate Captain Beefheart as well.  I first became aware of him on Zappa's album Hot Rats when he did vocals on "Willie the Pimp."

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Paul's Boutique by Beastie Boys.  I gotta say, I don't think they have a bad album, unless you count this new all-instrumental one.  But I haven't heard that yet.
