THANK YOU!... you're great for posting this link...this peformance changed my view of music. It was just days after Cobain killed himself... just look at the intensity of the performance... they were a hurting unit; sad, angry... and they put it all into the music...amazing...

I'm listening to the gorgeous BARRY LYNDON SOUNDTRACK.  All impeccable selections by STANLEY KUBRICK, the early pieces used were Irish folk music by THE CHIEFTANS, much of the rest LEONARD ROSENMAN conducting the NATIONAL PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA including music of SCHUBERT, MOZART, HANDEL, VIVALDI, and some haunting chamber music. 
Won the Academy Award (don't mean much) this album is out of print, finally found a used example for a pretty penny:
