No idea who this band is, but the name and album cover made me laugh, especially because my fantasy football team name is "The Miracle of Beef."

It's the drummer from Tool (Danny Carey) who was playing when this band when Tool hit it big.  He came back to the band during a break between Tool albums and started playing drums for them again.  They're actually really cool and better than Tool in a lot of respects.
