"Room full of beer" weird 80s comedy...

Okay, I remember seeing a few scenes from this movie when I was younger and I'm curious what film it was.  I remember an early scene in the film two guys (brothers, maybe?) are in a house and they both arguing while holding a plate with some food on it.  As the arguement increase, each tells the other to take the plate, both threatening to let go.  Well, the both left go, and the plate drops to the floor.

Later in the film one of the men and a young girl are trapped in some room (remember it being white) when suddenly it starts filling up with beer.  I THINK the guy says something like, "Don't worry, I can get us out of this..."

A cut and then when rescuers get the door open, they find the guy has drank ALL the beer that's flooded into the room, and he's not ridiculously bloated (I mean, "impossiblily feeling up the enitre room bloated.)  Well, the guy gets out of the room and turns out a fire in a large has started nearby, the guy goes over there (not sure HOW we gets considering he's now to big to really move) and pees the fire out (they don't actually show this, they just cut to a scene of the guy, now back to normal, standing by the street, back to the camera, zipping up his pants.)  A fireman says, "You put out in two minutes what would have taken us two hours!"

Anyway, it just one of those things that cropped in my head i'm trying to label...

Strange Brew

That would have to be Strange Brew, featuring Bob and Doug McKenzie.  For my money, the finest Hamlet adaptation ever filmed.  (Bob and Doug are Rosencrantz and Guildenstern.)

That's a really fun movie eh? It was filmed in 3-B: three beers and it looks pretty good.
