Swamp Thing. *spoilers*

I have to say that from the brief snippets I saw on TV a few years ago, the second movie is awful.  What was with those children?  Do they grow them that annoying in the bayou?

Granted, I've seen the movie in its entirety when I was a child, but I trust nothing my brain tells me from that time.

I remember starting those Alan Moore trade paperbacks thinking, "This isn't so great."  Which is true for the first few issues, but the quality ramps up at an incredible rate.  It's like Wile E. Coyote falling off a cliff in reverse.  Yes, that's the perfect metaphor.

I saw the second film in the theater and it was one of the few times that I actually contemplated getting up and leaving. Of course, I just thought about it. I've only actually done it with a single film (that I can recall).

They meant for the second film to be more of a spoof and they failed miserably.
