Woohoo! Katie has been having some good contractions, so I'm thinking that we will be going to the hospital in the near future.

Arrgghhh. We're back from the hospital and no baby. Right on the verge, but the contractions subsided, even though she was having some good ones, about 2 minutes apart. They were strong enough that she would stop talking and just grimace through them.

Maybe tomorrow...

Sorry, I'm a bit late to this. Hope the baby didn't delay its debut on account of me. Lookingup

While I'm sure the suspense is both emotionally and physically draining, the birth will be all the more joyous and wonderful for it. Maybe you've got a theatre director in there, or a serial novelist, or a daredevil! Certainly someone who knows how to build up the audience!
