With line art, you have to be a bit careful about limiting your design to something that looks good in two or three colors.  A flying saucer would be possible, but maybe not quite like you imagine.  Think something more along the lines of a comic strip.

One of the other reasons I'm worried about anyone creating a design is terms of use and that me paying for the setup means that only one design is likely.  For right now, I'm going to ask to stick with the lessons.  I still don't know what Todd is playing around with for a design.  I'm assuming it is something along the lines of a graphic.

Is there anyway the shirts could be a different color than black?   I don't want my neighbors to think I have turned into a 32 year old Goth child.

I'll have to see on that.  More than likely, that would require more than one template to be made for the silk screening since changing between light and dark backgrounds changes a few things.
