I have a friend who loves this show. I've only watched it a few times, as it seemed to be the same thing over and over again, like Takeshi's Castle.

Is that me? I do like it - yeah it is similar week in week out but entertaining all the same. The course does change from series to series though, so has some variety.

I guess this has been on for a long time.  I have been watching a marathon of this this weekend.  what a fantastic show.  It's like MXC with the accent on the challenges  instead of the comedy and much more athletic contestants.  the men's final stage is virtually impossible

even some of the conventional challenges liek the hop rocket thing are too hard and unfair to the contestants
