BounceGiggle  Ok so in all reality I did watch it the other day and was quite bored with it.  I doubt I'll be tuning back in.

Tonight's episode with the Hawkmen had to be the most unintentionally stupid thing I have seen in a very, very long time...and this is coming from a bad movie lover. Watching a group of men prance around, making bird sounds and waving their arms back and forth to imitate wings was one of the most asinine things I have seen, ever. How anyone - the producers of this show or potential viewers - could take this show seriously after this is beyond me.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

I know many who saw the episode tonight will be thinking this. . . but Brian Blessed would have killed every one of those supposed Hawkmen with a hearty gut-laugh and a sunny disposition to boot. . .

Words fail to describe how awful this show is. . . though I think Shadow has done a worthy enough job.

Kindest regards,

Kevin P.

After seeing the hawkmen in the promo, I avoided the show like the plague.

Terrible as the pilot was you'd think the series couldn't help but do better.  I mean, honestly, how could it NOT?

Now I should point out I've NOT been watching (every time I've flicked the channel over to see what's going on it's made my brain hurt) so maybe it has had some dencent moments.  But after reading some posts about "retards in cloaks" last week- or words to that effect, there were also many expletives- I was still stunned by the promo for that episode when I saw it.

All I could think was WTF?

This is the best the producers could come up with?

I'm still confused as to how this show got picked up for production but The Lost Room didn't.

Now THAT'S a bummer.
