Is it just me or are more and more women taking on these traits in public?  There's very little more unattractive than a woman acting like this. Granted said women often have mousey or wimpy boyfriends/husbands who they seem to delight in kicking around.  I sometimes fear the whole idea of getting seriously involved with a relationship for fear of turning into one of these guys. Must remember to try and retain my manhood (which most women deep down want us guys to do in any case) and not allow that to ever happen...still it seems more and more prominent. Honestly if a woman starts doing this,  it's time to kick her to the curb.

I think that one goes for both genders, bro.

If you stay with someone who verbally kicks you around, you've got self esteem issues...

Yeah, you're right now that I think about it. So ladies, you do the same if that guy you're clinging to is verbally abusive or kicking you around. Get rid of 'em. There's better fish in the sea.

There's a female manager in the building that I work in that has to be the most jaded and hateful person that I've ever met, regardless of gender.

We have nick named her the T4 because her facial shape bears an uncanny resemblance to the endoskeleton in the terminator films.  I'm not kidding!

I was out at the local mall one day and saw her and her husband in a store and she was talking to  him like a complete dog and yet he just stood there and took it.

I've know many jaded and abusive women, they all seem to want to blame men for their problems. I've told them it's simple "You are responsible for you problems alone, the quicker you learn that the better off you'll be. If every man that got screwed over by a women acted like you the world would be a pretty damn miserable place."

Man have a way of getting over things and moving on, many many women don't, they hang on to crap forever. Any man that has been married or in a long term relationship knows that. There are exceptions to the rule but they are rare.

Of course, busting on women in a playful and good natured fashion should be expected.  All men do that to some extent, don't they?

I work with mostly women and always find it comical that regardless if I am in a room with them or not, constant "male" jokes come up.  Stuff like "men don't know anything" and whatnot.  I always reply with "I'd say something back to you about women but if I did I'd be the first to be shipped out to HR for sensitivity classes".

Seriously, its a sad world when you can't retort to gender attacks out of fear they'd can you for saying something not kosher..  Its a sadder world when ceratin women feel they can make fun of men all they want without getting made fun of back.  Sure I could go down and complain to HR about the male jokes but I just decide to take it like a man. No pun intended about that by the way.

I had an Aunt that held a grudge for 40 years and to the grave because her sister in law called her family anitsocial.  The funny part of it, the family was antisocial.

Briefly to play Devil's advocate -- recall that many, many more women are sexually assaulted in their lives, than men.

I'm not saying that makes being a man-hater okay or justified, but with some women I've met (ones who have a really physical-seeming fear of men) there is probably a good reason for the fear.   (Although the generalization of that feeling to all men is not justified.)

Please don't pile on me for defending the attitude of some women because I'm not.  But do bear in mind that this is one gender difference that remains, sadly.

Jesus said, "Verily, and the mannered shalt have b***hes, dicks, jerks, and lowlifes among them always, yea unto the end of time...." (Look for it, it's in there.) But it does seem there's less restraint anymore from people about being rude in social situations, with a greater level of disrespect shown the elderly by the young than I ever remember there being in the past. I don't know if I'd single out women, exactly, though sometimes a woman acting up sticks out more than a man who might be doing it.

I did recently (well, just before the isolation started) hear this cute girl, maybe fifteen, walking through Target telling her mother off in language that'd still get an R-rating slapped on it, and the mom seemed to be going along with it, though she looked embarrassed and kept glancing around to see who was hearing this. (I figure it's mostly her fault for tolerating being talked to that way when there are perfectly good convents in Ireland to ship the kid off to.)

Also I have noticed it seems like a fad anymore in sci-fi and fantasy to show women beating up men, and it's like there is anger in a lot of especially younger women that men are by and large physically stronger, and so since that can't be overcome it falls into the realm of fantasy to show women breaking down this (final?) barrier of western inequality. Personally seeing that takes me out of the story like when they give a phone number as "....555....". It just snaps unwelcome reality back into my thoughts.

You know what I don't like that some people seem to think is cute? Viperous old people.

I used to be very polite and respectful to old people but as I grew up I found that many of them simply did not deserve that respect and it isn't something I do any more. A prime example would be about 15 years ago I had a bunch of teens from the local wargaming club I was taking up to Aberdeen to show where some shops were that they could buy their stuff in. We'd finished up and were waiting on the train coming in. So it comes in and we are waiting on getting on. An old man, accompanied by his wife pushed the kids out of the way as he walked past up to another carriage door. This p**sed me off, but I let it go. He then turns around and comes back, shoved one kid out the way to let his wife on and turned around to the boy and said something to him that I was too far away to hear, but I decided I wasn't putting up with this any more, so I stepped forward and roared "HE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN STANDING BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR WIFE IF YOU HADN'T SHOVED HIM OUT THE WAY YOU OLD f**k!"

Bear in mind that I was wearing my standard clothes that makes me look like a biker. The old guy crapped himself and ran away onto the train. I took the kids on and sat close to the old couple and I kept looking around to glare at the old guy. He'd have needed a rectangular spine to shrink any further into the corner.

As for abusive women, well I've had my share of them too. The worst one I occasionally facebook stalk and when I see she is single and miserable I keep thinking "You are a b***h, but so is karma." She is one of the few people whose misery gives me joy. I can honestly say I have never had an abusive relationship with a man though.

I don't know that she's verbally abusive but a nurse at work complains about EVERYTHING.  Miserable, awful, juvenile, stupid woman.  And if she doesn't get her way right away she will get her boyfriend (probably around 20 years her junior, and with zero spine) who is the 2nd in charge of the nurses, and tell him how badly she was wronged.  He will JUMP THROUGH HOOPS for this wreck of a (presumably) human being and get on you about it.  That is, UNTIL you get right back in his face.. then he remembers that his testicles are in her purse and backs off.  I, my assistant, and my supervisors are ticked off at the both of them.

You want to believe that everyone else feels this way but they put up a front that makes her believe they like her.  I don't play such games.  And if she thinks you don't like her, you'll be on her s**t list forever.  Petty, stupid, 9-year old little b*tch!
